Kentucky

After leaving Michigan, driving through Ohio and Northern Kentucky was kind of boring, so not much to talk about, except just as we entered Ohio, and still driving on smaller highways, I was low on fuel and never passed anything that had diesel or if they did, it was a small station and not something I could get the rig up to. Anyway I kept driving and the low fuel light comes on. Looking on the map showed nothing for about 20 miles, NOT GOOD! Out of desperation we could see a small burg off to the right about two miles W. of our road. Went there and found only station in town and got rig in taking up two islands to get-r-done! No more of that, I now fill up when it gets just under 1/2. Live and learn.

Anyway, we got to Corbin, Kentucky on Sunday and stayed 2 nights there at a KOA. Very nice campground and nice wooded area. These pictures are around camp and a small lake that we hiked down to.

Next planned stop is around Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We will do more bloging from there.
